O Bloomin’ Brands groupalso owner of the Outback Steakhouse and Abraccio brands in Brazil, has just announced that its youngest brand, the Aussie Grillopens two physical restaurants in the second half of the year.
The brand, which has the fried chicken as the flagship of the menu, it will invest more than R$ 3 million in expansion and foresees an opening in São Paulo, on November 7th, and another in Rio de Janeiro, on the 21st of the same month. Until then, the operation worked only via delivery.
Aussie Grill wants to be the “cool sister” of the Bloomin’ Brands group. The restaurants will have a self-service system and a modern architecture that refers to the Australian metropolises, similar to the style of Jerônimo, a smash burger restaurant owned by the Madero group.
According to Marisa Palhares, Marketing Manager at Aussie Grill, the menu will feature unusual combinations – “very different indeed” – in addition to new desserts and sandwiches. “Consumers can expect a lot of indulgence,” she said.
In Sao Paulo, the new unit will be at Shopping Eldorado, in Pinheiros. already in River de Janeiro, the restaurant arrives at Shopping New York City Center, serving the public of Barra da Tijuca.
