Totvs pronounces acquisition of software program firm Feedz for BRL 66 million

With the acquisition of Feedz, Totvs says it expands its portfolio of solutions aimed at human resources management

Totvs announced this Thursday the acquisition of a 60% stake in Feedz, a company that develops performance management and human resources software, for R$66 million.

According to the company, the contract provides for the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in Feedz during the first half of 2025, with a price to be decided between the companies in the future.

Feedz was founded in 2018 and currently has around 140 employees and over a thousand customers. The company had triple-digit growth in net revenue in the last two years, with annualized gross revenue of R$ 22 million in the period.

With the acquisition of Feedz, Totvs says it expands its portfolio of solutions aimed at managing human resources, delivering a platform capable of delivering digitally and integrated to the needs of its customers.
