TIM develops ‘cloud computing’ packages for SMEs with the arrival of 5G

TIM is developing its first cloud computing packages for small and medium-sized companies due to the arrival of 5G. The strategy is to offer connectivity solutions to stimulate the development of new fifth generation applications for companies.

According to Leonardo Capdeville, vice president of Technology at TIM, the idea is to launch these solutions in 2023, after the launch of the new network this year.

“For 5G to grow, applications need to be developed and, for that, everything needs to be in the cloud”, he says.
