Suzano concluded the acquisition of Caravelas Florestal for R$ 360 million

Suzano concluded the acquisition of all the shares issued by Caravelas Florestal, for R$ 360 million, in consideration for the shares of the target company and considering the correction and adjustments provided for in the contract, but still subject to post-closing adjustments based on the variation debt, cash and other costs involved.

The company informed that the conditions precedent were fulfilled and the closing acts established in the purchase and sale agreement signed on June 29, 2022 were carried out.
