Suggestions – do away with the badness of the nice and the goodness of the unhealthy

Getting feedback is important. How important it is to know who is giving an opinion on your performance. You have to have a good feeling to not allow manipulation and control. Anyone who says that doesn’t happen lives in another world.

Feedback is an analytical process in which you receive positive and negative feedback and guidance. REALIZE whether exemptions and clarity are on the table. As? Being true to yourself: Agreeing if it was true and discussing and asking for guidance if in fact you didn’t “deliver” what was asked. Another unique aspect is your perception of whether the objectives were clearly explained at the beginning and whether there is full alignment with what is being evaluated at that moment.

Now, to find out if the analysis will be unbiased, productive and guiding, it’s up to you to be true to yourself and be humble in recognizing mistakes if, in fact, they were made.

But what motivates you to achieve the results? Do you know the answer?
Is your body present and your mind absent?
This is the classic point that the analyst really wants to be sure of. Engagement:
Are you “delivering” and was it stimulating?
Are you engaged? or hanging?
Do you admire your own team or whatever? And about the company? You admire?
Rest assured that in the feedback there will be basic questions like this.

REMEMBER: The assessment is ready when the meeting takes place. So it’s not time to apologize or praise your EGO. It is time for a corrective plan or accepting new challenges.
Be true. With you and with co-workers.

In fact, you are where you are, because you want to. But if you don’t want to be there, don’t disturb the company and go to another place where the pleasure of doing, whatever it is, will be stimulating and true for you.
