Startup offers support to women affected by mass layoffs in the job market

the startup Apply, Woman!, which offers solutions for companies that want to become more inclusive and have more female participation on their teams, is launching an initiative for women who have been affected by the mass layoffs of the startup market and wish to receive support in their search for replacement in the job market.

Women affected by layoffs in the last months of 2022 and who are unemployed can apply. For 15 days, subscribers will have access to exclusive content on the digital platform SCM Academywith exercises and support on the topics necessary to participate in the selection process such as self-knowledge, resume, LinkedIn, communication, interview, career, among other topics.

Recently, the startup market has been surprised by a series of mass shutdowns, the last one on 05/26. Sensitized by the news of mass layoffs recently released, Jhenyffer Coutinho and Fernanda Miranda, founders of Se Candidate, Mulher!, decided to help. “We have a solution that can be accessed in the 4 corners of Brazil, the news about startups at the moment doesn’t have to be just negative, it was the way we found to help”, says Jhenyffer.
