The proposal strengthens the company as a reference in technology for the management of developers, builders and urban planners. This is the 26th M&A operation carried out by the company and the fourth investment in the construction segment.
Senior Sistemas, a management technology company, announces the acquisition of Globaltec, one of the main players in the construction segment, a reference in solutions for developers, builders and urban planners. The move consolidates Senior in the construction segment, expanding its already robust portfolio of solutions for this market.
Founded in 1997, Globaltec is headquartered in Goiânia (GO) and has 6 distribution channels. The company also presents a sequence of positive results in recent years. In 2020 it had a turnover of BRL 20 million, in 2021 it reached BRL 26 million.
With the acquisition, Senior will serve more than 1,000 new customers in the construction segment and 35,000 users of Globaltec solutions. In addition, the company brings complementary solutions to Senior’s portfolio.
“The purchase of Globaltec contributes to the growth of our market share together with the opportunity to add quality and innovations to the construction segment. With this move, we also strengthened our presence throughout the country and added important players in this market to our client portfolio”, highlights Carlênio Castelo Branco, CEO of Senior Sistemas.
“We work with innovations that are important for the digital transformation movement in the construction sector, and uniting our expertise with all of Senior’s broad performance will be an opportunity for us to lead this journey with large companies”, reinforces Marcelo Xavier, Founding Partner and Executive Director of Globaltec, an executive who will continue to lead the operation in the Senior Group.
This is the 26th M&A transaction carried out by Senior Sistemas and the fourth investment in the construction segment. In December 2018, the company acquired Mega Sistemas and the startup ObraPrima.
“The civil construction market is hot and we understand that our innovations can contribute and enhance new business opportunities”, reinforces Carlênio Castelo Branco, CEO of Senior Sistemas.
With operations throughout Brazil and Latin America, in the first half of 2022 Senior Sistemas recorded a net revenue of R$ 341.6 million, the result represents a growth of 26.8% compared to the same period last year.
