Programming includes lectures with high-performance retailers of the platform and major players in the market
THE Integrated Storethe largest platform for creating virtual stores in the country, with more than 2.5 million stores created, promotes this Wednesday, 28, and Thursday, 29, the Voices of Ecommerceevent aimed at small and medium online retailers in Brazil. The program will take place in a face-to-face format at Villa Blue Tree, in the south of São Paulo. In addition to having lectures aimed at professionals looking to scale their business, the event has an exhibition space, workshops and an award night with highlights in various e-commerce categories.
In all, there will be 38 entrepreneurs lecturing on e-commerce insights and trends. Big names are confirmed on stage as Google, Kangu, PayPal, Magazine Luiza, RD Stationbetween others.
Among the speakers are Alfredo Soares, partner at VTEX and Loja Integrada; Sabrina Nunes, CEO at Francisca Joias, the largest semijoias e-commerce in Brazil, professor and CEO at M-versity Universidade de Negócios; Joel Jota, business mentor; Rodrigo Noll, Brazil’s leading specialist in referral marketing and sales; Katia Caetano, founder and CEO of Virtual Make Distribuidora de Maquiagem Virtual and Make Lamour, a physical gift store, among others.
Divided into panels, workshop and exhibitor fair, the event will debate topics of a practical nature and applicable on the same day, such as:
- “Platform and Marketplaces: learn to make your business take off by uniting the two channels”;
- “Ensuring return on your investment: the path to success”;
- “The importance of after-sales in online sales and how to retain customers with customer service strategies”;
- “Turbining your margin with intelligence in the middle of payments”;
- “Learn to manage stock and improve the results of your virtual store”, among others.
The event will be sponsored by companies such as Google, Kangu, Bling, Enviou, E-tática, PayPal, Tiny, Frenet, Drops, PagSeguro, Pagar.me and Mercado Pago.
