MOV3 Group announces acquisition of Rodoê Deliveries

The MOV3 Group, the logistics company responsible for the companies Flash Courier and Moove+ and for the fintech M3Bank, announced the acquisition of Rodoê Entregas. The company, based in Guarulhos, specializes in last mile, final delivery to e-commerce customers. The transaction value was not disclosed, but it is part of the holding company’s R$50 million cut for mergers and acquisitions in 2022.

Rodoê was founded in 2018 by partners Kleber Silva and Valdeir Jubertoni, and is the result of more than 20 years of experience in the logistics sector. The company has an operational infrastructure of 5 thousand square meters with a technology that allows the management of all processes in a fast way.

Although the two have known each other since 1996, the partnership between them only came later and with a single objective, to facilitate delivery with technology and quality. “Often the distributor is crushed with excessive costs, and it is important for Rodoê that the pains of all parts of the logistics process are taken into account”, explained Silva. Currently, the company offers services such as express, cost-effective and omnichannel delivery.

Last year, the company earned BRL 30 million, and the MOV3 Group’s goal is to quadruple this amount in the next three years. “The acquisition of Rodoê with our e-commerce sector allows for a lot of mutual growth, as it combines the knowledge of the founders in the Last Mile area with the extensive logistics network of the MOVE3 Group”, highlighted Guilherme Juliani, CEO of the holding.

Now, Rodoê will be a company within the holding, maintaining an independent operation and brand, and seeking synergies with the other companies in the Group. One of the company’s plans is to benefit from the holding company’s air network, as well as the franchise structure and pick-up points, to offer Same Day Delivery and reverse logistics services.
