Mônica Monteiro, from Band, will preside over the National Forum of Women Entrepreneurs
Thirty executives from the business sector will integrate the National Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, organized by the CNI (National Confederation of Industry). The initiative will be launched on Wednesday (25) by the president of the entity, Robson Braga de Andrade, in Brasília.
The businesswomen will act on six committees to formulate strategies with the objective of promoting diversity and female leadership in the sector. The group will address issues such as shaping gender-neutral hiring policies and expanding opportunities for women-led industries.
The forum will be chaired by the director of Grupo Band, Mônica Monteiro. Among the directors are the chairman of Standard Bank, Natalia Dias, the chairman of Grupo Sabin, Janete Vaz, the chairman of AES, Clarissa Sadok, and the CEO of Sigma Lithium, Ana Cabral.
