Intera, startup specialist in tech recruitment, raises BRL 9.8 million

HRtech bets on the growth of InHire, the first hunting software for tech recruitment (SaaS) in Brazil

THE interaHRtech, which has solutions focused on finding, attracting and screening professionals for vacancies in the digital market, announces new funding of R$9.85 million contributed by Citrino Ventures, through the CV Idexo fund and some other angel investors.

The resource will be used in the evolution and improvement of the InHire, the first hunting software for tech recruitment (SaaS) in Brazil. The software went live this year and already has clients such as Grupo SBF (Centauro), TOTVS, Matera, Grupo Lello, Agrotools, among many others.

In addition to reinforcing the development of the product, the investment will be used for the official launch of SaaS in the market and the expansion of the customer base.

The new round takes place after almost two years when the startup received a pre-seed of R$ 2.5 million.

Founded in 2018, Intera created an agile and proprietary methodology called Hunt Hacking, a digital, transparent, agile service focused on helping large companies and fast-growing startups close positions in technology. The talent attraction method combines technology, data intelligence, automation and online strategies.

Paula Morais, Augusto Frazão and Juliano Tebinka are Intera’s partners. The startup grew its customer base by 125% in 2021 and ended the year with 265% more revenue growth when compared to 2020.

In 2021, he was responsible for about a thousand senior tech hires in the Brazilian market, in companies of different sizes such as iFood, Itaú, VIVO, Accenture, Boticário, B3.

“Over these four years, we’ve been hunting at high performance and, with that, we’ve generated hiring for complex vacancies in record time. The main asset here is the ability to generate qualified applications with predictability, and for that we use technology and intelligence. The time has come to transfer this asset to our customers, and empower them to carry out a more assertive recruitment process”, says Paula about the company’s new bet, InHire.

Intera’s new bet

InHire interfaces with LinkedIn and helps recruiters generate qualified candidates through a variety of features.

With the provision of a tech recruitment service, Intera learned the importance of providing clients with data on the funnel and key metrics, and generating intelligence on the scenario of vacancies, comparatively analyzing candidate bases and vacancies from other companies of the same segment and size. .

The objective is to highlight possible strategies of profiles to be prioritized, processes to be improved or even requirements of the vacancy to be revisited.

In practice, recruiters go to Linkedin, but they are not able to convert approaches to this profile, and the conversation with stakeholders ends up not evolving due to lack of data clarity.

InHire also allows easy visualization of data, key metrics and end-to-end funnel, using integrations, to give stakeholders visibility into the status of vacancies.
