Intelbras: Renovigi acquisition worth lowered by R$80 million

Intelbras (INTB3) informed on Wednesday night, the 30th, that it signed an amendment to the contract for the acquisition of 100% of the shares representing the share capital of Renovigi Energia Solar.

According to Intelbras, among the terms and conditions agreed upon in the amendment, the parties agreed to set the adjusted acquisition price at R$254,336,000.00, representing a reduction of R$80 million in relation to the originally estimated amount of R$334,336. 000.00.

The announcement of the acquisition of Renovigi was in February this year.
