Grupo Lavoro broadcasts the acquisition of Sollo Sul Insumos Agrícolas

Lavoro announces the acquisition of Sollo Sul Insumos Agrícolas, which is present in six cities in Paraná – Pato Branco, Verê, Laranjeiras do Sul, Realeza, Capanema and Quedas do Iguaçu – and will allow the input distributor to have 50 stores in Paraná. The operation, subject to regulatory approval, also includes an input store and a Sollo fertilizer and seed warehouse in Campo Erê, in western Santa Catarina.

In addition, Dissul, Sollo Sul’s redistribution operation, has two units, one in Pato Branco (PR) and another in Campo Erê (SC).

“As a continuity of the business, we are already working with the expectation of opening six new stores by 2025”, said in a note the CEO of Lavoro, Ruy Cunha.

According to Lavoro, the acquisition of Sollo Sul Insumos is in line with the group’s business strategy, which includes organic growth, through the opening of new stores, and the incorporation of companies that have synergy with the company.

“The investee has a current market share estimated at 6% in the southwest region of Paraná. The plan is to double this indicator in five years”, reiterates the executive.
