GPS returns to purchasing and proclaims acquisition of Engie Serviços e Services

The GPS Group announced the acquisition of another company: Engie Serviços e Facilities, which provides services in automation and energy efficiency systems, building, industrial, electrical and cleaning maintenance, with presence in 21 states and strong presence in the Southeast region. The transaction amount was not disclosed.

Engie recorded gross revenue of approximately R$113 million in the 12-month period ended August 31, 2022. “The purchase and sale agreement related to the acquisition was entered into today and the completion of the acquisition is conditioned to the fulfillment of obligations and conditions precedent usual in this type of operation, including its submission for approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade)”, said Maria Elsa Alba Bernhoeft, director of investor relations at GPS.
