GPS proclaims acquisition of selling firm Compart

The corporate services company GPS informed that the acquisition, by the subsidiary Top Service, of the entire share capital of Share Marketing and Technology🇧🇷 The value of the transaction was not informed.

According to a statement from the company, the purchase and sale agreement referring to the acquisition was signed on Wednesday (14) and the completion of the acquisition is subject to approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Where).

Compart provides field marketing, merchandising, promotions and events services, with a presence in seven states and a strong presence in the Southeast region. The company recorded gross revenue of approximately BRL 145 million in the twelve-month period ended November 30, 2022.
