Desktop finalizes acquisition of IDC for BRL 89.9 million

According to the company, BRL 2 million was paid in cash, BRL 42.9 million will be paid in January and BRL 44.9 million will be paid in 60 monthly installments starting in January.

THE Desktopinformed the market that it ended the acquisition of IDC Telecom🇧🇷 The acquisition, announced in August, was made for the amount of R$ 89.9 million, which had not been disclosed at the time.

According to the company, R$ 2 million was paid in cash, R$ 42.9 million will be paid in January and R$ 44.9 million will be paid in 60 monthly installments starting in January.

The company says that IDC, which provides high-speed internet services in more than eight municipalities in the interior of São Paulo, will end the year with an EBITDA of approximately R$ 20 million and 40 thousand subscribers.

In addition, Desktop points out that operational and administrative synergies of approximately R$ 1.5 million were mapped in addition to IDC’s 2022 Ebitda.
