The network of laboratories and hospitals dasa managed to delay the deadline for delivery of documents requested by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) about the merger process between D’or Network and South America. The company received eight official letters from the authority in which information such as gross revenue, bed occupancy and a list of the main agreements served by the network and its subsidiaries are requested.
The initial deadline for submitting this documentation was until August 5th, but the company requested a postponement to August 22nd. “Given the complexity of the data, the number of letters, and the need for a detailed investigation of its internal information, it respectfully requests the extension of the period initially granted for each of the above letters until August 22”, requested Dasa. on request. In the end, Cade granted an extension of this period in just one week, until the next 12th.
