Cade approves buy of Agro Jangada by Syngenta

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) approved the purchase of Agro Jangada by Syngenta Proteção de Cultivos. The agency’s endorsement was published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) this Monday the 10th.

The deal was announced in August and the values ​​were not disclosed.

Agro Jangada is a distributor of agricultural inputs located in Mato Grosso do Sul.

According to a statement released at the time, the company will continue to operate independently under its own brand.
