BeFly acquires travel startup that offers 100% digital service

Focusing on your online service, the BeFly has just made official its sixth acquisition in the tourism sector, this time the chosen one was the instaviagem, a fully digital travel agency. The company guarantees an end-to-end solution, working from planning to returning from the trip. A technology applied to provide a 100% online experience with the possibility of personalizing trips at scale. O acquisition value was not disclosed. by the parties involved.

Before being acquired by the BeFly holding, Instaviagem received contributions from major investors in the market such as GV Angels, Domo Invest, Verve Capital and angel investors.
