Autoglass buys Mexican firm operation in Brazil and expands operations

Maxpar, a company of the Espírito Santo group Autoglass, bought the operation of the Mexican iKê Assistência in Brazil. iKê is a giant in Latin America with a strong presence in services related to auto, life, home insurance, concierge (professional to accompany the resolution of problems) and BPO (process outsourcing). Maxpar is the arm of Autoglass in the provision of services.

In a statement, the Autoglass Group informs that the objective of the acquisition is “to offer new solutions that allow the Brazilian insurance market to evolve even further”. Today, Maxpar provides services to the main insurance companies in Brazil in the management of coverage and assistance for glass and automotive parts, as well as bodywork repair solutions. With the acquisition of the Brazilian iKê, the company’s operations increase and Maxpar now has one of the largest portfolios of solutions in the country.
