Assaí provides free course for micro-entrepreneurs within the meals sector
Training for bakers and salt makers includes classes on product pricing, good kitchen practices and marketing tips
O Assaí Wholesalerthrough its continuous program for training micro and small entrepreneurs, wants to professionalize the work of small entrepreneurs in the food sector, especially those ballers and salt shakers. For this, it launched a free course for these entrepreneurs, with the aim of helping in the formation and development of small businesses in the area.
The course is endorsed by Instituto Assaí, a social organization run by Assaí Atacadista to support micro-entrepreneurship in the food industry.
How the course works
In the online classes of the course for bakers and salt makers, the main information and tools for business management and professionalization are presented. At the end of the course, students receive a certificate of completion if they score more than 75% on the final assessment.
