Arezzo completes acquisition of manufacturing unit and sourcing firm

Arezzo&Co (Campo Bom/RS) completed the acquisitions of Sunset Agenciamento e Intermediação and HG Indústria e Comércio, a sourcing company (development of supply channels) and a shoe and handbag factory, respectively. The information was disclosed by the company in a material fact this Wednesday (August 31).

The company informs that it has purchased about 30% of Sunset’s capital stock and that it has also increased its capital stock to R$ 1.6 billion, divided into 110 thousand common shares, as it had described being necessary on the 29th of August.

In the statement, Arezzo&Co also informed that the acquisition by its subsidiary ZZSAP of HG Indústria e Comércio was completed.

In April, the The company announced the purchase of the two companies for the equivalent of R$ 43 million. With the acquisitions, Arezzo&Co intends to deepen its supply chain management, mainly in the handbag category, which represents 17% of the group’s footwear brands’ revenue.
