Aliansce Sonae and brMalls will merge on January 6

In November, Aliansce Sonae and brMalls received full endorsement from Cade for the business combination

Shopping center operators Aliansce Sonae and brMalls signed a document confirming the verification of all the suspensive conditions for the merger between the companies, and the consummation of the deal should take place on January 6, according to press releases released this morning (20).

As a result, the joint venture’s shares will be traded on the stock exchange from January 9 next year, the companies said.

The deal will create the largest mall network in Brazil.
