Recognized for its great performance in the foodservice sector, Worcentrepreneur-led employability scale-up Alex Apter and John Peter Simonehas just announced the acquisition of Predict Pointstartup that owns the products Smart Scale and HR Cube🇧🇷
With this, the company now offers even more savings and optimization in the payroll to its customers, transforming fixed labor costs into variable ones.
The goal is to help customers, bar and restaurant owners, to set up a schedule that optimizes and generates more profit at the end for the entrepreneur and makes better use of the resources of the people who are working, without generating idle hours.
Worc CEO’s plan, Alex Apteris to expand the current product offer, supporting the scale-up to provide services to large companies in the segment:

We have been following the work of Thiago and the team at Ponto Predict for a year now and we have verified that the company is showing relevant results. Our goal with the acquisition is to bring in experts to help deepen the products: cloud team and smart scale, offering an even wider range of solutions for our customers, who are increasing their margins using our platform and generating more jobs in the industry.”
At the end of last year, the Worc received a contribution from BRL 20 million led by SoftBank Latin America Fundwhich has been supporting the startup’s expansion plans, based on acquisitions.
